Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase please get in touch with me - I am happy to refund your item/s on receipt of them back at my studio in their original described condition within 14 days.
Return Postage
I will pay the shipping cost for any returns where the products are faulty, misdescribed or arrive damaged. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. I recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with proof of postage, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches me.
